It was a great night when world No.1 Rafael Nadal and world No.2 Roger Federer meet in the Australian Open 2009 final there is more than just pride, money and vital ATP ranking points on the line.
after a four hours and 23 minutes of battling ,with the clock standing at 12.14am, Nadal won 7-5, 3-6, 7-6(3), 3-6, 6-2 and was crowned as the new king of Melbourne Park at the age of just 22.
Big boy don't cry
the emotional part come when federer burst into tears during the prize giving ceremony, He cried, and it was hard not to cry with him. it was a touching scene when nadal come and comfort him. Maybe he should sing him Fergie's song ''big BOY don't cry'' incase he broke in tears again.
